Australian 4x4 Driver Training Booking

The all wheel drive driver training course is specially designed for vehicles not fitted with low range. It is held on proper bush tracks in forests near Lithgow and is a 1 day course costing $245.00 per driver.

You are welcome to bring one non-participating passenger with you at no extra charge as well as your children by prior arrangement. The course cost doesn't include meals and accomodation but does include a copy of the excellent Trainee Guide produced by the Australian National 4wd Council

The AWD driver training course results in a nationally recognised certificate and includes the following units of competency

Drive and Recover a 4wd Vehicle - national code number SRODRV001B
Plan Outdoor Recreational Activities - national code number SROODR002B

The tracks that we have chosen for training AWD drivers are varied and sometimes challenging and include some water crossings. You will also learn basic vehicle recovery techniques
