Utilizing its touch screen, it is

zone combined with its detailed maps,
automatic re-routing and turn by turn voice directions the Garmin nuvi
310 makes it easy to find your way anywhere.
As additional
features it includes useful travel tools including MP3 player, audio
book player, JPEG image viewer, world clock and time zones, calculator,
measurement and currency converters.
Navigation to
favourites, keyed in addresses, and other points of interest such as
restaurants, tourist attractions and more is as easy as touching the

other feature files have been loaded into the nuvi 310 there is still
an enormous 170 mbytes available for your own files such as MP3's JPEG
and more.
The nuvi 310 features a high sensitivity, WAAS
capable, SiRF III receiver. With overall dimensions of 3.87" x 2.91" x
0.87", a weight of only 5.1 oz, a brilliant TFT display of
2.8" x
2.1" displaying 64k colours and white backlight touch screen.
There is a choice between 2D and 3D map perspectives.
Its built in lithium-ion battery gives between 4 to 8 hours of life.
With its pre-loaded maps of Australia and SD expansion slot there are
optional travel and language guides that can be added.
The USB interface allows the loading of data and there is a security

Garmin nuvi 310's Bluetooth feature enables hands free if you

a Bluetooth capable mobile phone. Its text to speach technology gives

right into High Street" instead of turn right in 300 metres.
